Actually Jadb, the mangas came AFTER the anime. The anime originated from the light novels.

As for the anime, the first season pulled different stories from all over the books to fill up the season, so to compare the linear progression of the novels with the progression of the anime is like comparing apples to oranges.

I’m a nub on this. Did the novel come before the manga and the anime after this? And is season two in the novel and the manga alreaddy? I have only read two books from the manga and watched season one on anime.

I’ve read the novels and I can’t wait for the anime season to come out!! I want to see Nagato smiling (even though she’s not the original Yuki we know and love, as stated before) so much!!

On another note, the Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi- chan and the Churuya Nyoron YouTube shorts are uber kawaii!!! Chibis…. and Asachura- san *giggle*

Ive watched to much of the english dub is there going to be one TT^TT because it’s near impossible to go from dub to sub the voices are too different!

Haruhi’s hair is long because, well, as I stated in my post, history was changed so that Haruhi never went to the same school as Kyon. Since she didn’t meet Kyon, he didn’t inspire her to cut her hair short. The author is very detailed.

Well, it’s going to come out in Japan first, then a day later, subs will go out to the rest of the world. So, it really doesn’t matter.

So it’s suposed to come out sometime during the spring of ‘09, right?
Is that for Japan or US? I’m guessing Japan, but I thought I should ask.
